There is a move out cleaning charge of $50.00 for the studio.  There is a move out cleaning charge of $75.00 for the one bedroom.

Upon reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by email from Downtown Suites. This guarantees your suite for the dates you require.

No taxes are payable as these rentals are 30 days ( minimum ).

We accept Visa & Mastercard, travelers’ cheques and cash.  Sorry, NO personal cheques.
