About the Short-term Vacation Rental Suites in Vancouver’s Kitsilano Neighbourhood

We offer two short-term vacation rentals in our home in Kitsilano. Both self-contained short-term vacation rental suites have their own private gated entrance and walkway that leads to a tranquil treed garden area. Enjoy lazy afternoons (weather permitting) sitting on the patio areas.

The patios have pots of flowers for your visual pleasure.

Both short-term vacation rental suites have independently monitored alarmed systems, smoke detectors and their own keypad with push button access for fire and police for your peace of mind and security.

Both are NON smoking suites, outside is permissible. NO pets please.

There is plenty of safe street parking.

Three-night minimum stay please.

Located in Kitsilano in the quiet north of fourth section of Kitsilano, one block to the water’s edge and 3 blocks to Jericho Beach. Located one block off of Point Grey Road on the SW corner of First Avenue and Collingwood Street. This Craftsman Style home has been lovingly restored, including new wood windows and screens and landscaped and is on a quiet maple tree lined street.

Leading to its own private patio with choice shrubs, plants and flowers. Enjoy relaxing on your patio with afternoon sun listening to the fountains.

Is a self-contained studio suite with a private entrance, Queen sized bed, a four piece bathroom, full kitchen, wood dining suite for two, new maple cupboards and a separate sitting area with a full size brown leather couch and armchair, a full cable TV package and laundry shared between the two suites.

	The suite is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances, nice linens and towels.

This vacation rental has a lovely private patio with a grand magnolia tree as the centerpiece.

Is a self-contained one bedroom vacation rental suite with a private entrance, Queen sized bed, a four piece bathroom, large full kitchen, teak dining suite for two, new maple cupboards and a separate sitting area with a brown leather couch and armchair / ottoman, a full cable TV package and laundry shared between the two suites.

The vacation rental suite is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances, nice linens and towels.

This suite has a lovely private patio surrounded by shrubs and overlooking tranquil Collingwood Street with its grand shaded Maple trees.
