There is a move out cleaning charge of $50.00 for the studio.  There is a move out cleaning charge of $75.00 for the one bedroom.

from Downtown Suites. This guarantees your suite for the
dates you require.

We accept Visa & Mastercard, travelers cheques and cash.

Sorry, NO personal cheques.

Taxes

For stays less than one month HST tax of 12%, plus AHRT tax of 2% applies.  Total is 14%

For stays one month or more there is no tax payable.
