Both self-contained suites have their own private gated entrance and walkway that leads to a tranquil treed garden area. Enjoy lazy afternoons (weather permitting) sitting on the patio areas.

The patios have for your visual pleasure pots of flowers and herbs for your culinary enjoyment.

Both suites have independently monitored alarmed systems, smoke detectors and their own keypad with push button access for fire and police for your peace of mind and security.

Both are NO smoking suites, outside is permissible. NO pets please.

There is plenty of safe street parking.

Located in Kitsilano in the quiet north of fourth section of Kitsilano, one block to the water’s edge (see the picture of the harbour and mountains taken one block away from the end of the street) and 3 blocks to Jericho Beach. Located one block off of Point Grey Road on the SW corner of First Avenue and Collingwood Street. This Craftsman Style home has been lovingly restored, including new wood windows and screens and landscaped and is on a quiet maple tree lined street.

The wonderful location, is steps to Jericho Beach, Fourth Avenue, Banyan Books, and some delightful restaurants, the University of British Columbia (UBC), Pacific Spirit Park and the University Endowment Lands, Spanish Banks, the Chan Center, Locarno Beach, Jericho Sailing Club, The Royal Vancouver Yacht Club, Jericho Tennis Club and Brock House Senior Centre at Jericho beach.

The Garden Studio Suite

Is a self-contained studio suite with a private entrance, Queen sized bed, a four piece bathroom, full kitchen, wood dining suite for two, new maple cupboards and a separate sitting area with a full size brown leather couch and armchair, a full cable TV package and laundry shared between the two suites.

The suite is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances, nice linens and towels.

This suite has s lovely private patio with a grand magnolia tree as the centerpiece.

The One Bedroom Garden Suite
